Meet Natalie
I'm an Ayurvedic Health Coach for busy leaders, entrepreneurs, artists, and parents who want to feel their best while making a positive impact. I help you find inner balance, health, and happiness, so you can show up as your most authentic, joyful, and loving self – without burning out.

After years of stress, burnout, digestion challenges, and relationship challenges, I went on a journey of exploring many different healing modalities without true success - until I discovered Ayurveda.
It wasn't until I practiced authentic Ayurveda with trusted guidance that I truly discovered deep healing of all my challenges and experienced more peace, health, and joy! Now, I help others do the same through private coaching, workshops, an online program, and retreats.

I live in Lafayette, Colorado with my amazing partner, Bret. When I'm not coaching, I love hiking, dancing, improv comedy, cooking/baking, and laughing a whole lot with my Bret and my friends.
