By purchasing, accessing, or using any products, programs, services, or content provided by Ayurveda Wellness LLC (“Products”), you (“Client,” “Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

By using our Products, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

All content provided by Ayurveda Wellness LLC — including but not limited to videos, written materials, PDFs, graphics, worksheets, audio recordings, logos, branding, and program materials — is the sole intellectual property of Ayurveda Wellness LLC – with the exception of My Daily Dosha Online Program for which Ayurveda Wellness LLC is an approved affiliate marketer.

You are granted limited, non-transferable, personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or exploit any portion of the content without express written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

3. License and Usage Restrictions

All Products are intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, program materials, recordings, or physical products with others is strictly prohibited.

Ayurveda Wellness LLC does not provide medical advice or diagnosis for any medical or mental health condition. Our approach through Ayurveda is to balance the elements in the body (Doshas) utilizing holistic practices and herbal formulas to support the body’s natural healing process.

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our Services — which include immediate digital access and/or shipped physical products — no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once purchase is complete, except where required by law.
