Meet Natalie

I'm an Ayurvedic Health Coach for busy leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers who want to feel their best while making a big impact. I help you find inner balance, health, and happiness, so you can show up as your most authentic, joyful, and loving self – without burning out.

After years of stress, burnout, digestion challenges, and relationship challenges, I went on a journey of exploring many different healing modalities without true success - until I discovered Ayurveda.

 

It wasn't until I found authentic Ayurveda that I truly discovered deep healing of all my challenges and experienced more peace, energy, and joy! Now, I help others do the same, thanks to in-depth private training from my teacher, Dr. Sylvia Strahl.

I live in Lafayette, Colorado with my amazing partner, Bret. When I'm not coaching, I love hiking, dancing, improv comedy, cooking/baking, and laughing a whole lot with my Bret and my friends.
